Terrible customer service.

It's been pretty great so far. A few glitches here and there which could be fixed through the APP. It took a long time to connect. It disconnects from time to time. It is very difficult to connect it to the INTERNAL wifi. Also, it keeps sending me messages that my storage is low when I have more than 50 MB or storage available.

Customer service was great I wanted to check on the delivery, and I received 2 emails with estimated delivery!

Love it! I play any local course before my tee time for warmup!

Love the Rapsodo guys, I won these in one of the monthly contests. They are such a blast.

The Rapsodo MLM2PRO has been a great addition to my practice setup. The launch monitor provides accurate ball and club data, helping me identify areas for improvement and track my progress over time. The simulator experience is smooth and easy to use, and the combination of shot metrics, video replay, and portability makes it an excellent value for golfers looking to improve their game at home or on the range.

Easy to shop and quick delivery

The backpack for the Rapsodo 3.0 Pro broke at the stitching after being used just 5 times. The Diamond App has features such as 'Game Mode' that DO NOT WORK with the Rapsodo 3.0 Pro unit and the service team are very poor at responding to requests for help. Wouldn't recommend Rapsodo to anyone.

We love it

All well. I started with the MLM and still use it, especially when warming up. The MLM2pro is really perfect for my needs. I know distance and ball speed. I can tell where I struck the baton the club face. I can see my DTL swing. I can play my local course and practice the short game using mulligans. All in all it works. I use it in the same spot so no alignment issues. I have fun and have improved my ball striking daily. I would buy it again.

When it works, the product is great.

I am incredibly impressed with the MLM2PRO. I use it constantly for both my home setup and taking it out to the driving range, and it has already noticeably improved my game. The dual video feedback is brilliant, being able to see my own swing replay alongside the slow-motion clubhead view at impact gives me exactly what I need to work on. Plus, jumping onto the free third-party app to play those 5 free, great-looking courses makes practice a blast. ​My only real regret is where I bought it. I purchased mine on Amazon, but I really wish I had bought it directly through the Rapsodo website instead, as your bundle packages are so much better. I had to go buy extra official RPT balls separately right away because chasing the three that come in the box gets old fast. Overall, it's a fantastic piece of engineering and tech. Keep up the great work!
