I'll be honest, when I first found this site I was skeptical. I found mixed reviews and the books I was looking for all showed as only 1 remaining. But I decided to give them a shot and I'm so happy I did. And they legitimately only had 1 of each book left, and these were getting hard to find. Not only does my kid love the books we got, they arrived on time, in good condition, and they even helped me combine shipping on multiple orders (my fault, the local supplier fell through and I ordered more from here). The staff here was responsive, polite, kind, and just wonderful to work with; they even spoke English with me on the phone to save me from my embarrassingly sad grasp of the French language (sorry, I do try). Thank you so much for helping me complete my kid's collection, you have made them very happy and this parent is so very appreciative!

Personel très adaptatif et réactif, au niveau de la communication par contre on mentionner que le colis serais expédié la journee meme a 3 reprises et cela n'etais jamais le cas de plus on m'avais promis un item compensatoire qui n'a pas ete inclus donc cela explique le 4 etoiles et non 5

It was good overall. There was a bit of a delay because of being a first time buyer. They required and ID to verify, but they sent it the day it was supposed to arrive, instead of asking me when I first purchased. This caused a delay of 3+ days which could have been solve with a verification immediately after purchasing. Overall my experience was okay but the process left something to be desired.
