the product was faulty and the entire product it made out of inferior materials. The bottom container has a hole at the bottom thus all the filtered water drips out of the unit! the filtered water tasted like chlorine despite soaking the filters as instructed. Service is completely non-existent! from long delays in receiving the order to non-responses to my multiple emails requesting updates on my order, to ignoring my requests for replacement of faulty parts and ultimate requests for refunds.
