I wish you could make any and all of the seasonal flavors in the bite sizes, that way I can try all of them and if there's something that I didn't like (which I highly doubt) or I love, then I could get the big bars!!!! But i do have to say easy on the white chips, do not care for them much. But that's just me wishful thinking.😋
Although I do have an idea for one...what about something chocolate mint for Christmas (with chocolate mint chips) and something cinnamon chips for Valentine's???
