I placed my order on December 29th, and the only update I’ve received was a USPS email on January 29, 2025, stating that my order is in the "Pre-Shipment" stage, with USPS awaiting the item. (Today is February 20th) I’ve reached out a few times, hoping for an update, but unfortunately, I haven’t received a response and my order hasn’t progressed from the pre-shipment stage.
I completely understand that the owner has a lot going on with pup Chance, and I want to reiterate that my decision to order in December was driven by the desire to support Chance and the fundraising efforts. However, it has now been two months without communication or progress, and I’m starting to feel frustrated, especially since I’ve seen others receive their orders and even some giveaway baskets being mailed out.
I’m posting here in hopes of getting some support, as my last two emails have gone unanswered. Any help or clarification would be greatly appreciated.
