I’ve been using your cushions for 19 years. I find them to be acceptable but the problem that you have now is you don’t do repairs so if you have a small leak and you can’t find it, you can’t send it back for service. This is an area where you can certainly make money, but choose not to and you force people to buy new cushions. I don’t feel that same GOOD, Customer Service, nor at all environmentally friendly.
