First of all it took forever to get it. Then I emailed to get a refund and didn't get a response!!

Really an American company that has it built in China and shipped from there. Not good took 6 weeks to come across. Company did not reply to my emails or on Facebook page.

The worst. No response from customer service and never received the product. I ordered complete trash.

Wrong product arrived and no response from the company.

I did not immediately receive a confirmation of my order, but the problem may have been with my mail server. Other than that, my shopping experience was fine.

It doesn't work

Purchasing went well took a few weeks to arrive and their order tracking information wasn’t inline with their email communication.

Shipping was not as advertised took way to long

Doesn’t say that it will take a month for shipping because it is coming from CHINA! What a scam.

Two discharge cycles of use and perfectly fine battery pack is shot (blinks fast when trying to charge) - lesson learned - AVOID!

I was skeptical about how powerful this would be but holy cow.. this thing really pushes some air… My complaint however, is this is obviously all 3D printed. The 3D printed handle and fan housing are one piece and then the battery connector for your preferred platform is another piece that’s wired in and snaps onto the body. Tried my 5ah battery and wanted to use my 6ah high output to see if there was a power difference and while holding the fan sideways the battery adapter portion disconnecte

I put the DeWalt battery in, pulled the trigger and the plastic fan that moves the air immediately shattered into pieces…..so I was unable to even test or use the blower. Very disappointed

The 3d print failed the first time i used this product and the battery fell off...

It was a hit at my local car wash. It cut my drying time in half. I did my entire car by the time the others had less than half of their car dry. Came home and used it to blow out my garage. Best tool I've purchased in quite some time.
