Order didn't ship for a whole week, 5 business days, contrary to the 2 business days said on the website from page. Ordered on a Tue, no movement for a whole week, and I emailed on Sunday, and only then did it ship on Monday. But they never replied to my email inquiry - they shipped, which is the main thing I cared about, but usually customer service would reply to an email of complaint in addition to shipping. I had to make do with my travel size products while waiting for it to arrive.
