My first shipment with went missing. And although that wasn’t not Black’s fault, the response that I got was insulting. Every email had a reminder to be kind. I felt like knocked box is gaslighting me before I even got a chance to state the problem. Additionally, your auto email has around five or six things you don’t do listed. What would’ve been nice as a nice friendly email that says we’ll get back to you really quick and try to help you solve your problem.
