Advertised as 7- 25 working days for delivery .As this was intended for a special birthday present which would give me plenty of time to complete it, it was not delivered until approximately 5 weeks after ordering so very disappointed.

A little slow but not too bad

I have noticed some less than complimentary reviews online about Rubbyoo and I just can’t understand why. I’ve placed two orders of approximately £90 each and both have arrived safely and have been exactly what I ordered. The quoted delivery time is 7-15 days which, considering they come by air from China, is a little optimistic. I generally get my orders in 21-25 days which is fine with me and they do provide very accurate tracking information. I’m very happy with Rubbyoo!

very slow shipping, stolen designs, cheap kits with the wrong thread colours in them...

It came. But it didn't come the next week after I'd ordered it.

Beautiful kit, I love the colours and design. One disappointment is the kit comes with white material, and not the colour shown in the background of the design.

I would like to have know at the outset that the order was coming from China. I've had a bad experience ordering from other companies based in China and I think it needs to be clearer in adverts where the company is based or where it is being shipped from.
