Overall, the experience was pretty good, but there are a couple of things that could be better. First, the gift box I paid extra for ended up with the wrong scarf inside, which was a bit of a letdown. Second, the other scarves weren’t individually wrapped—they were just tossed directly into the shipping bag, touching everything else. I get that I didn’t pay for extra packaging, but it would’ve been nice if the standard packaging included at least a simple wrap to keep them protected.
