NO STARS. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. ONLY AFTER YOUR MONEY. SHOP AT YOUR LOCAL.BUYER BEWARE...Terrible Customer Service - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I placed an order for 6 plants, 2 of which were unavailable. I was not told they were unavailable and THEY MADE THE ORDER ANYWAY, subsequently, I paid a lot of money for 4 tiny plants because of the shipping cost. I only made the order for the crepe myrtles, which online said they had in stock, when in reality they DIDNT HAVE THEM. If I had been informed they were not in stock, i would have cancelled the entire order. Instead, I PAID A CRAZY AMOUNT OF MONEY FOR 4 PLANTS I DIDN'T EVEN WANT! tHEY DID NOT OFFER ANY APOLOGY NOR REIMBURSE ME FOR SHIPPING. I will never shop here again. BUYER BEWARE.

As I stated the postage was too dear for one plant. I ended up getting one 3 times the size at the local nursery for less money.

Already described, sales person has no integrity. Therefore, not likely to buy there again.

The other plant that we bought (supposed to be a standard laurus nobilis 500 mm tree) turned up as a 300mm hedging quality plant. Given we paid $799 for it, and had zero replies to 3 separate emails, asking what the heck happened, it would be safe to say we are very disappointed.

Customer service is terrible Experience of buying the plants was meant to be good as I was recovering from back surgery. The plants were not the size they should have been from price that was charged. Even went to the nursery to see what I would be getting. Would have been better paying someone to go to the local nursery to buy for me. Two of the plants were meant to be 200mm pots. 140mm pots were delivered. When I asked for them to be replaced with correct size two different plants were sent

A lot of choices but also the prompt delivery and well protected plant.

I’d be very careful of this company. They delivered a much smaller plant, and haven’t replied to my emails, phone calls or messages. Very disappointed in customer service 😡
