I was not able to get through the website at first, but once I got a phone number and a contact person, everything went smoothly. I used Google map to find the warehouse. Facility is well-maintained, with security system in place to enter/exit the coded gate and main doors to the building. Once inside, the employees were helpful to prepare and give my order. The person I was in contact with even came to personally thank me and ensure that I got what I ordered. Excellent product and service!
