Still waiting for the sofa ordered 8+ weeks ago with no delivery date set. Cushions arrived with no warning, wedged behind my air source heat pump—dangerous and careless. No communication from Cozmo or FedEx, and no reply to my email. For a high-end brand, Cozmo lacks basic customer service and clear updates. Disappointing experience that doesn’t reflect the premium prices.
