My experience is one of customer care not customer service. They went far above and beyond what any company hasn't in years. I made no calls and no requests. They saw that I had 2 orders that I made a few hours apart and they took the wheel and combined my order and refunded my shipping. I had no idea until I saw the email of a refund for the shipping.
