Very prompt service and quality of harness is very durable

Shopping was easy and delivery was fairly quick with lots of update emails.

No concerns. Easy to order. Delivered on time.

Very good communication , delivery went well

it was good, no problems

I found the video very informative and could certainly identify with the dog walking situation! I ordered a Dogshood harness right away. It took 12 days for the delivery of the harness. I was informed of the progress of the construction and shipping details, so it made the wait easier. So worth the wait! Great product!

Great

Fast, simple, good mailiing delivery time, and above all - superb customer service: Purchased the vest and leash - so impressed. The first vest was far too large - these folks replaced it immediately with a more appropriate size, no questions, no hassle, just superb custsomer service. Note: My purebread lab is 62 lbs this week, and while the large was too large by far, I believe the medium is also a bit large for my pup at this time. You might review your sizing again - depending on responses

I have tried a lot of harnesses, leashes and training tips, which have defeated me. So far using the Dogshood harness and leash have helped. My dog responds to this quicker.

PLEASANT Experience!!! THANK YOU!!!

Delivery was a little slow.

When the first one I ordered didn’t fit you very kindly sent me the next size up at no cost.

The initial vest I purchased for my GSD was too small. I contacted Dogshood and they sent me a replacement quickly! I love great customer service! Thank you!

The item is great to put on! And great price and fast shipping.

Our dog is on the edge of the sizing. We tried the larger and she was able to slip out of her harness even at the smallest adjustment. DogsHood kept their promise and sent a smaller size. This is working better. Thank you.

I originally bought a medium but when it arrived it was too big! I sent an email and got a response immediately saying “keep the medium and please donate it to someone else “ and we will send a small! That’s a company that stands by its products!

No problems.

Thank you

easy to order and quick to deliver

So easy to order and delivery was on time.

Took a while to be delivered

When the first order got lost in transit they made sure they got another one sent right away.

It was nice to order something that performed as promised and arrived within a reasonable time.

will never shop anywhere again, Dogs hood is the best

Ordering and receiving the product went very smoothly. Unfortunately the product just isn’t good for my dog.

Love the leash. It's awesome. I wish the harness and leash were the same color.

Ordered and received quickly.

Easy to purchase, took a while to get here but that is understandable since it had to have my dog’s name on it!

Very prompt service

I ordered the wrong size and e mailed for help. The response was fast, and the problem solved. Great customer service.

Ordering was easy and the harness was delivered fairly quickly.

Fast shipment.

Shopping was easy. It looks good on her. It went on her easily. Have had a little bit of unraveling at the edges of the hood.

I was a little worried about ordering online but all was good. The harness fits well. My dachshund has been walking better in the harness. Less pulling and stopping dead in his tracks. It must be comfortable for him.
