I appreciate the military discount and the online help provided by your customer service agents. However, it was a bit challenging to determine how to apply the discount to my order, once the code was obtained. Getting the "complimentary" case required first adding the case to the order, reflecting its full purchase price, and then applying the discount code, rather than the more customary method of simply including the complementary item with the order once a qualifying product had been added.
