It takes a long time to hear back from customer service via email and I wish that could be improved. I am a business owner and an educator and always have multiple irons in the fire and frankly at this price point, I don’t feel like a 10 day+ turnaround for Customer Service to get back to me is appropriate. I’ve spent more than $500 with this brand and a VIP and this last email I sent took too long to get a reply. Very disappointed!
