While customer service is generous with replacements and store credit, it doesn't make up for the fact that quality control is lacking. 3 out of 5 products I've purchased have had quality issues and 1 of them had a serious design flaw making it nearly impossible to wear without sagging. Customer service is also unwilling to address questions about quality issues respond to every question or concern in your email.
