I can't return the product that I bought that I don't like and it was expensive.

I love your products, have many tops, sweatshirts and a couple dresses. I just need to buy things that can be returned, but that is not a complaint about Woolx, more a comment on my shopping habits.

Having a hard time figuring out your sizing - which is my size medium or large. Each t-shirt I’ve purchased fits differently. Plus after wearing them throughout the day they seem to fit looser. Will be taking the shirts on vacation next month then I’ll have a better idea what works and what doesn’t . Hopefully they all work!

The items look worn out faster than I expected them to for the price, despite following even gentler laundry methods than recommended. I have been disappointed about availability of colors in my size. Due to the price I like to wait for a sale but that may mean my size is out. I know there will be a sale eventually, and I would rather take the chance of not getting it than pay full price. Finally, I need to be more careful to not buy final sale items, I have been disappointed with them.

I find the sizing confusing. Some items fit great and some run huge. Some smalls fit perfectly, while some extra smalls are enormous. I mostly like the quality, but wish it wasn't all made in China.

I have had great success with Woolx. I have purchased several different items and have loved (most) all of them. My one return experience was seamless - easy to return and exchange. I appreciate the brand's durability and comfort.

It wasn't extremely easy to find the women's socks in blue and then find the size I wanted to buy. But, it wasn't that difficult. So I give it a 4 out of 5.
