The reason I got two of the same items is before checkout an image of the same item popped up (I’m assuming as an opportunity to make an additional purchase) but I misunderstood it as necessary to select it as part of the check out process. When I noticed I was charged for two items, it was too late to cancel one of the items. By the time I was able to use the chat feature on the website, the items were already picked and being shipped. Since My wife loves them both, we’ll be keeping them.
