I like the product. I am so-so on the company practices. I got an email when I ordered that specifically stated that the items would ship in 1-2 days. When I had heard nothing a couple of weeks later, I had to take the time to reach out and ask them where they were. I did get a response - saying that they were actually on pre-order (which had not been previously disclosed) and they didnt know when the items would ship. I did eventually get them but the experience left a sour taste.
