The order took a little longer than I was expecting to ship (about 9 calendar days from date of order) and then 6 calendar days to reach me via Australia Post. But since I didn't require the items urgently this wasn't a problem. There's a lot to be said for delayed gratification :) But this would be something to keep in mind if your order is time sensitive. Order was nicely packaged and included a sweet personal note. The website is attractive and easy to navigate.

I wrote it all in the review of the notepad. Please know I love supporting small business, especially with specialty stationery. It took a lot of disappointment to give a low star rating. I would suggest not selling things on your website in the first place if you don’t intend on sending that exact item when people purchase them.
