The only problem I’ve had was a shipping delay but they were very good about keeping me updated.

I compared several on line probiotics, all making sililar claims. I am glad I chose Purrlife.

The shipping took a very, very long time.

Shopping is very easy with your site. I can find what I’m looking for very quickly and getting a bundle pack is worth the money.. The only thing I don’t like is it takes so long for it to get here.

When i ordered they said would ship in 3 to 5 days. Over 2 weeks later I contacted them and said since I had not received my order I want to cancel. They totally ignored my request. I FINALLY received my order which I no longer need since I ordered from another more reputable company and received within a few days. I have sent them an email asking how to return for a refund. I have not received a response. I am filing a complaint with the BBB

When I placed the order I was not told it was on back order and by the time it arrived and began to give to my Chloe it did nothing and she passed on Aug 14

It is very easy to order. Especially if I go straight to your website. Not as easy through Facebook which is how I started.

Ordering was easy and efficent. However, a little slow in shipping....I was starting to think it was a scam. I ordered enough for 4 months. If improvement continues as it has started to do, a reorder will be made.

Took to long to get it, over three weeks

Used facebook to order this product and it did not have the disclaimer the website did about limited availability and long wait times to receive the product.

The order took an extended amount to time to arrive. The company promotes, promotes and promotes, and discounts, discounts, and discounts and then they don't accommodate for the fact that they will receive orders and then oh due to the response of us pushing this item on you night and day, now we are backlogged and have extended delivery times.

Response time to emails was great. I appreciate the open feedback on delays.

Website was informative and easy to navigate. No problems with the order. The Purrlife people seem helpful and informed.

Bad company to deal with. Late on order and then only sent 1 bottle when I ordered 2 bottles. Emailed them after getting the one bottle and they stated sorry, we will send out the 2nd bottle. I haven't seen that bottle and it has been at least 7 to 10 business days since that email. Cat had a bad reaction to the product after only 2 pills. Vet bill was $420. He has since recovered and I am not giving him these pills anymore. Since they haven't sent me my 2nd bottle, I would like a full refund!!

Item has not been delivered as of yet, been over two wks since ordered?????!!

Took over two weeks to arrive.

Initially I had to contact PayPal since the tracking showed up there was no order listed but did receive contact with purrlife then that the shipment was on its way showing tracking and I did finally receive it. I'm not sure if I would've received it without PayPal help.

You were out of stock and took awhile to actually get the product. I appreciate the feedback and quick responses to my cats' problems with BM's!

Quick response from the staff but a bit slow in the shipping.

I have trouble buying from Blisso which talks about prebiotics and probiotics for cats. I find that we have a communication problem. Why don’t you see what they put in it? They say it survives the digestion and goes to work in the intestines and there is a kidney guts link.

Terrible experience trying to stop the orders from coming

Product has been effective, but the time to receive it after ordering was too lengthy. I paid for express shipping, but I think the issue may have been the time it took to actually leave the warehouse to be shipped?

Please make sure I do not have recurring shipments.

Came as promised.
