As stated in my review, my order was supposed to take 3-5 days, it took a month. I was never told the product was on back order and they did nothing to rectify the situation.

Iove the product but hate the service. I paid for my order and started a subscription with you on October 10, a month ago, and still haven't received the product! I've emailed twice and you've responded by saying you were short on supply and would prioritze my order. Back on Oct 27 you responded to my email saying it's on its way and gave me a tracking number which said that a shipping label was created and that USPS is still waiting to get the package from you.

They ask me how I like it and after a month I haven't received my order! Get your act together! I am tired of writing emails and not getting any answers!

As already mentioned,I didn’t want a subscription and am quite disappointed that no one has responded to help me with this!

I requested that the subscription be cancelled and the next order was sent anyway. I had to go to my credit card company to get the charges reversed. I wanted to return the product but your rep told me not to bother.

It’s fairly easy to order.

I had ordered the Feline Biome at the beginning of the month and it was after the middle of the month and I still had not received it. I contacted Purrlife (Sarah) twice that I had not received my order, but never got a response. Finally, days later, I got an email that my order was being shipped.

It must be as tasteless as you say it is because the cats seem to eat it up without a problem they don't smell it or taste it which is wonderful.

Never signed up for recurring shipments/ payments. Sent a second shipment and it took over a week before someone acknowledged my emails. Hopefully I will nor get more, otherwise I will contact my lawyer.

Product arrived in a reasonable time

A bit slow, but I re-ordered early. I didn't like the default auto-purchase/shipping subscribe feature. Had to go through a bunch of steps to eliminate it. Make it smoother please.

My shipment was missing an item and I've received no response to my emails....

it took longer than usual so dont wait around if you need it.

I especially love the little emails that give advice and information on what to expect . It seemed forever to get my first order (about 3 wks.) as I was anxious to try it. I have hope as she has improved . Her stools have improved but not yet completely normal.

It took almost a month to get the product. I needed it before that.
