Communication with ETW was good but it does seem to be a somewhat obscure entity as you can’t call anyone, it’s only email. I kept worrying about if it was a legitimate company and depended on reviews and research. You could definitely try to be more reassuring rather than a customer just sending off thousands of dollars with the hope that it’s not a scam, especially in today’s market environment.

They took the money right away, promised product will be ready in February, Not true, I received it in April. Furniture is not what I saw and ordered at all. I almost cancelled it when I they sent me the photo of it being made and I saw the carpenters shop - I knew I was in trouble - I don't want this product at all - I hate it. I will make it my life's mission to spread the word about ETW if I don't get refunded. I am happy to send it back .

Terrible. First the holes were drilled in the wrong place. You tried to patch the hole and it was obvious even in pictures. Then you did a new panel which looks fine. Delay after delay only to receive a moldy piece of furniture. I was told this would be of no inconvenience to me to clean, sand, and oil. WRONG! It was very inconvenient and the instructions were not even correct. It needs stain and I have no idea what exact stain to use.
