Overall, this product was disappointing.
The order took much longer than expected to arrive, and I contacted customer services twice with no response either time. When it finally did arrive, the quality was poor. The design isn’t printed but stuck on and coated, which leaves rough, jagged edges that are uncomfortable and irritating against the inside of your mouth. The mouth guard itself also has inconsistent width and depth, making it uncomfortable to wear.

had a lot of issues with the moulding process which is more on me and added extra cost having to pay for shipping for more putty.Option for full refund should be possible at this stage but wasn’t.Then the design making tool on the website was brilliant and was the reason I purchased from you despite being more expensive than all the other competitors who actually do digital scans of mouth at your chosen address (free) rather then putty moulds sent in post, mouthguard arrived nothing like design

I ordered a custom mouthguard and waited over a month for it to arrive. Unfortunately, the product I received was in terrible condition. It was dirty and covered in clay residue. I understand that a mold is used during production, but the item should have been properly cleaned before shipping.
The print quality is also very disappointing. The design is extremely small, placed right in the center, and looks nothing like the photo I selected from their website. It looks cheap and poorly made.
