You customer service representative told me my order was in transit over 3 weeks ago when l tried to cancel order, can’t cancel item as it’s in transit, but till this day still no shipping information has been sent, l contact customer service to be told they will send shipping details, and lm still waiting. So no l want my order canceled my money returned in full as my item isn’t in transit

The delivery was fast, however I don't like being pressured through the email to leave a review (I got about 4 requests). I usually don't give reviews, unless I really want to recommend a product

Product failed to do what it was advertised to do.

It took a month for me to receive my order and I did not receive my beauty blender as advertised and the mystery gift was not an actual gift but 10% off next order which was disappointing. Customer services was not very helpful

I can’t use it

There were a few bumps dealing with Smooche. But, they were handled quickly. The shipping took a longer time than I felt it should. Overall, the company seems proactive to continually improving, so I would order from them again. 😀

Shipping was extremely slow and even received message before package arrived asking how I liked product. Reached out to customer service and believe it was either resent or tracked but finally arrived a few days ago ... Haven’t had the chance to wear foundation but a couple of days, but still seems to be average.

Never again!! Refund policy sucks!
