You customer service representative told me my order was in transit over 3 weeks ago when l tried to cancel order, can’t cancel item as it’s in transit, but till this day still no shipping information has been sent, l contact customer service to be told they will send shipping details, and lm still waiting. So no l want my order canceled my money returned in full as my item isn’t in transit
