Third repair in about a year

It is a great cushion for someone who spends the entire day in their wheelchair.

I bought it over the phone and the lady that helped me answered every question I had. I felt at ease….see what I did there. Thanks again!

Had to call 3 times to get someone to call back. Thank god the 3rd time was in the states. You need to take the phone # off your website that goes to foreigners.

Customer service knew exactly what I needed. Shipped fast and arrived in great shape

It’s doing good so far. The battery lasts a long time, I even forgot to charge it and it still lasted just as long as I needed it. I also have the battery pack so that came in handy.

Only confusion is the partner system. I inadvertently shopped in different places

When I first purchased the cushion Andy was my sale person she was very professional and gave me all the information I needed to get the cushion so I cannot leave her out she was wonderful. But Vea troubleshooted a lot of different ways to make the cushion work for me. She called me everyday to see how I was doing and we even FaceTime. She is an inspiration to the company very smart courteous and kind and I believe she generally cared. Please give her a pay raise she is wonderful.

Excellent product. The power button is easy for my hand to use, even being a quadriplegic. I have an incomplete C3-C6 spinal cord injury. My skin on my bumm is looking better which indicates that I'm receiving more stimulation which means less likely to develop pressure sores. Worth the money!!

I need help from someone at Ease Cushion. I have a pressure sore that’s nearly healed. I’ve sat on the Ease twice, and my wound has re-opened. Is there someone I can talk to please?

Number one customer service and cushion

I really liked from RoHo to Ease Cushion (Major relief to my body that pain comes with long hours of seating due to My disability LGMD)

Surprisingly, I loved it

So far it feels ok but more time on the cushion will give a better idea if it's helping to relieve the pressure and help with wound healing.

Repair department is fantastic. Fast and reliable service. No questions asked, just send it back and you are done.

The return policy is for unopened packages. There's a restocking fee and additional fees on top of any returns.
