The wrong size (ordered a small and sent a medium) was sent and it has been made my responsibility to correct it. That is frustrating. I should not have to pay for an envelope to ship back or be inconvenienced to get it to the shipping place. I should have been sent the correct size and a return envelope for the incorrectly sent item.
