Terrible return policy. Definitely not worth the money. They take your 90 dollars for a 20 product and will never refund your money only to keep you inside their circle of exchange or store credit. Don't buy from here

Your product is great. The issue is how long it takes to receive it. This specific hoodie was listed on the site as **in stock** and expected to ship within 2–3 business days. However, it took over two months to arrive. The other two items in our order are still not here, and we are approaching three months this week. It’s a great product, but I’m sorry to say I cannot order again given the egregiously long wait time.

Hard to get quick same day feedback from emailing to your customer service. I needed quicker feedback on a product order in which when placing my order I received a response from your company that my order was cancelled. So I then reordered and tried to get the same hoodie. Seems to be some confusion on the messaging as after all that I ended up receiving 2 of the same hoodies. Luckily I gave twin daughters. Very confusing to receive a “cancel of order” after I received an order confirmation.

Web site is clear and easy to use. Customer service is excellent and responds to questions quickly and informative.

The tracking worked well, and the hoodie shipped out really quick, despite the destination being on the other side of the ocean.

Items are NOT is stock as shown on page, when you place the order (I have screenshots) after 3 weeks I still do not have the gift for my friend and they refuse to refund my money!? I would understand if it clearly said pre order, it DID NOT…then 1 minute after I got the order confirmation email, I get a 2nd email that says it shipped! When I click on the link it takes me back to my order page saying item has not shipped. Customer service confirmed they don’t have the item in stock

Again. My order never said it was pre order when I purchased. I kept tracking AFTER you sent an email saying it was on the way. After waiting a week, and no movement, I emailed only to be told it was a pre order. Now you’re asking me to review my order I haven’t received. After reading all the comments on Facebook, I believe this is a scam.
