I received the bike with a foreign charger so I can’t charge the bike. Suppliers are required by law to ensure their products are fit for use in Australia. I’ve contacted support and despite several messages, they haven’t helped at all. This is extremely disappointing. I’ve been looking for a bike for months. I wish I didn’t choose this one. I recommend you look elsewhere.

Though the purchase was straightforward, the shipping process was a disaster. Both the courier and Tenways stated different things around the requirements for a signed delivery, the result being that without the ability to choose a delivery time or day, my bike was delivered and left at my premises whilst I was away, as the delivery estimate is just that, an estimate. Not what you want when it's a couple of grand sitting on display at your front doorstep.
