Do a proper customer service - the product itself looks cool - if we could actually build it.

Poor communication, don’t expect them to get back to you.

Late shipping, many missing parts, no replies to emails

Please respond to customer issues, this is an expensive item and it’s not possible to finish with missing parts in the box.

Incomplete kit is frustrating.

Couldn’t have been any worse.

Lack of communication ruined the experience entirely. I don’t even care if the product is good if the service is bad.

Customer service needs improving and more easy to access deliveries need to arrive on time not four weeks after you ordered them, and the peace witch fits the wings on the actual model should not break!

Unfortunately my order was delayed with the Christmas post so it arrived after Christmas

I ordered from a German website, but the shipment was sent from China. The delivery was late, and I no longer need the items because they were ordered for a specific date. The company should consider having a warehouse in Germany to avoid disappointing customers. Since most products are ordered as gifts, meeting delivery deadlines is especially important.

I never received this order. You want to improve? Get the item to its destination. Also, I have said it did not get here more than once. It is interesting that you have not offered my money back! Just a discount code? Like I would ever buy from you again!

Ordered on Dec 2 for Xmas with 10 day delivery. Finally came in early Jan.

Order was processed long after I was meant to receive it and only after I complained to PayPal for them to investigate. No reply to email. No communication with customers.

Very disappointed with your company. Delays can happen, but to not communicate with the clients and then deliver an incomplete product is simply wrong.

I did have a slight issue with the lack of communication when checking on order status. I wish I had received an update letting me know what was happening instead of me having to reach out after 2 weeks of no info. Especially since the estimated delivery said it would arrive before Christmas. All that being said, i still give 5 star because of the product itself. It's awesome! I also understand the rush of the holidays and appreciate the memo on the website that I eventually saw.

I want a replacement part or a refund.

Was not aware when I ordered that it would be coming from China.

I should atleast be reimbursed for the extra delivery cost. ($14.99)

If an order is made 6 weeks before Christmas and the delivery guarantee for 10 days it would be expected that the delivery would be in time for a Christmas present. This wasn’t the case. Had to go and buy my Grandson a replacement present.

Long delivery time - but worth the wait!

Took a long time to get here. I ordered on Dec 12th and paid for expedited shipping (7-10 business days). It arrived on Jan 10th (20 business days). I was never credited back for the expedited shipping or messaged back.

I contacted about a replacement for broken parts and heard nothing back. The shipping also took a long time

Better update on deliveries.

A bad choice. I ordered 3 models on 12/3/25 and they arrived on 1/21/26 (48 days). Of the 3 models ordered, one model was changed from the beginning, without any prior communication, but in the end another model arrived that is neither the one ordered nor the one shown on the website in the tracking. In addition, the Customer Service service is non-existent both by mail and by phone.

I also experienced the delays around the holidays and when my order arrived two kinds of screws were mixed up so we had the wrong numbers for the build. Although it should be easier to get an actual response instead of an auto-reply, I’m convinced they will work on that when they get the time to. Everything was handled as good and as fast as they could. We received the missing pieces and had a great time building the Terminator M.

Super Idee

Product was over a month+ late. Response time was disappointing. Refused to give refund and cancel order while waiting for product to arrive.. which I did not think it would.
