Few days later I have got in touch via the website link and someone reassured me that the order is on the way, just took a while for the preparation and is done is small batches to keep the ingredients and freshness for longer. All together, waited 2 weeks but happy it arrived. I thought I would lose the money after reading the negative reviews.
