This company doesn't accept returns for unopened products. My trip to NZ got cut short and needed to retire a device I ordered since I would no longer be living there. I empaled them immediately and it took them over a week to finally respond ... and when they did finally respond, they said they don't offer returns, even when the product is brand new in its original package. What an effing joke. You're clearly dealing with a small business here, who has no idea what customer service is. Bunch of
