"I purchased the Elenker walker for my mother, and it has been a fantastic investment in her mobility and quality of life. The design, which allows her to use her forearms for support, encourages a more upright posture. Initially, standing more erect caused her some discomfort as her body adjusted, but that pain has quickly started to fade. Seeing her walk with more confidence and less pain is a true blessing. This walker is an incredible benefit

They were not friendly or helpful at all. Refused to pay shipping costs to return the walker after we tried it and decided it was too big and bulky for him to be able to physically handle! Had to exchange several emails with the company before they would even agree to a refund for the walker but continued to deny the return shipping costs, which was $109.10!!
