Cancel subscription

It was uncomplicated, easy to view and order.

The website was not that easy to use and then trying to see the status and try to cancel my vip subscription was impossible.

I got my crystal took a little longer than I wouldn’t expected it to, but besides that it’s great

I would like more than one crystal in my monthly subscription if I’m paying 9 dollars

I never received any of the items that they said would be shipped with my crystal package which by the way wasn't a crystal package it was just a small Labrador right worth about $6 that you can get from Temu for 3$ and not have to pay 10 or 11 dollars in shipping handling

I enjoyed my purchases. It was easy to shop. The only thing that was annoying, I had to turn off the texts because it kept wanting me to signup for the monthly subscription and that’s what I had already done.

This has been an amazing and easy process. The quality of the stones and the care and love that is put into each one. The stones arrived early and i have been enjoying them ever since.
