I liked the stones but due to financial reasons I had to cancel my subscriptions. First off in the Q&A section it said I could do it if I went to my account and choose the option manage subscriptions. It did not appear on my account or at least I couldn’t find it. When I reached out to customer service to cancel they were way too pushy. I had to tell them three different times I wanted to cancel my subscriptions. I feel that is too much especially after I explained it was due to financial reason

My first delivery was highly anticipated and it seemed to arrive in a reasonably fast amount of time. I love the stone picked for me.

I just got my first free crystal after signing up for the VIP membership. I was skeptical but gave it a shot and I am pleasantly surprised with the quality of the crystals and the care that went into the packaging. You really do get free high quality crystals and pay just $10 a month for the shipping, no scams. I got a legit and gorgeous Labradorite stone AND a purple fluorite pendant too! I am very pleased, the crystal pendant is real crystal, not fake painted plastic like some other companies sell.

It took a long time to get to me and I kept getting ads while waiting for my items which is not what you want when you’re waiting for your first delivery

The first mystery bag was amazing, I received a gorgeous stone that I have since cleansed and used in my daily rituals. The one I just received was a bracelet and I haven't used it yet as I already have a set. The energy from both of these is calming and positive and so far I have enjoyed the experience.
