The price just kept going up while quality went down

While it doesn't seem like a lot of individual selection online -the sub.Boxes look like where most of the pieces are- the packages range in affordability so there is an option for basically anyone. So far the VIP crystal tester has been worth the fee for shipping and I'm excited for the next arrival.

They charge me for items I don’t order and haven’t refunded the $25 charge yet. Plus you can’t call them, only email. 🫤

I don't like the fact that I had to search the entire website figuring out how to cancel my VIP club membership only to have to look it up on google to find the actual webpage to cancel. Then after I filled out the form to cancel it said my subscription was canceled but this is the part that upset me the most. They emailed me back and forth multiple times dropping the price before they would finally actual cancel the subscription. Shady business to not actually cancel after the form was filled.

This company is joke.

Shipping was way more expensive the second time around 🤔Will withhold total judgment until I receive it, but it was more than double the original price.

Too expensive. If you’re going to charge that much include more than one item.

AuraBloom he is a very helpful and responsive in their emails! They’re shipping of the VIP tester. Kit was very quick! I’m very happy to be a part of it!

At first I was upset because I got registered for the vip crystal club twice when originally signing up. getting 3 charges (have been and still are) monthly. Once for the monthly 📦 that has the 5-6 different crystal and then the free vip with review which im signed up for 2xs. So i get one box and 2 vip crystals (still pay almost 10 each for shipping). However I haven't said anything or canceled because I've found they make the best gifts. In turn a.b. gained more loyal subscribers. 🙌

I requested a refund because of what I posted in my review and was replied with a pretty please stay and well discount your club to twice as much as it was supposed to be to start with, which is still less then the cost they jacked it up to without warning. I said no thanks, cancel and refund, very politely, and no one has ever responded since.
