Canceling my subscription was a pain and the tactics used to try to “convince me to stay” are actually illegal. Pretty sure it was ruled within the last decade that businesses can’t keep giving offers over and over to stop a customer from canceling service. The customer rep sent me 3 emails back to back saying “I talked to my manager and…” “they told me to give you this even better offer” (it was still more expensive than the deal I had gotten!) I had to say “Stop offering” for them to comply.
