Arrived quite quick (within a week)

First, I dont like that the company does not offer refunds for returns. Second, the exchange process took way too long. After the returned items arrived at the facility, it sat there for a long time. it was only after I reached out to customer service that I finally received my return credit.

Easy to navigate the website. Quick delivery.

It wasn't made clear that the item was shipping from the US, and the fact you don't do refunds is problematic.

Their products arrived in great condition (also eco friendly packaging!) and their products are fantastic quality, both functionally and aesthetically!

I found I was unable to locate my order when I submitted it into the system and the bra is ok, but doesn't offer what it says on the tin I'm afraid. Nice colour, reasonable shape but not the fit that it's sold as having, certainly not for my petite, busty frame

Didn't process my oder until I reached out twice... weeks after I ordered. Then I inquired about a return and they still haven't gotten back to me.

Terrible customer service, inaccurate sizing and terrible to have NO REFUNDS - especially when your size guides are so poor!

Hi mein bh größe ist 65/70 F Eiggentlich schon ganz gut aber ich hab spillage oben über den cups bestellt hab ich xs + - unterbrustband könnte enger sein cups ein bische größer - das padding musste ichrausnheemn weil das padding deht sich nicht mit ist aber klar- Ich würde gerne einen bh mit-entwickeln / designen oder tesprson sein … LG Lela - nuur guthaben … ist schwierig

Shipping was slow

Rubbish returns process. We have to pay to return things to the US or Germany making it basically not worth the money. Check before buying from anywhere.

Took ages to arrive and then didn’t fit

Items not as pictured (site shows no back clasp but they do have a back clasp). Fabric is rough and the absorbent padding is lumpy and shows through shirts. Customer service has not been helpful.

Sizes aren’t true to guide and differ depending on which pair you order. Thoroughly disappointed

Truly awful customer service, AI says human will be in touch but nothing. Clearly a terrible company that does not care about its customers.
