Wish I had gotten a refund. You can’t deliver what you promised. The merch is fine but the shipping and customer response needs work. Was it a real person emailing me or a bot? If any other store was a month late on the order, they would have issued a refund, which I asked for. I truly didn’t even want the hoodie anymore but it was refused.
