The main problem is the tremendous delay of the delivery which took almost two months. I made my order on December 15th. I did not receive any information about it, so on January 5th I sent an email to customer support in whose response they said - "We typically ship items within 2-3 days of receiving an order excluding weekends. As soon as your product ships, delivery usually takes around 5-9 business days to arrive ". Despite that my order arrived on January 21. The product itself is fine however, please, if you say that something takes a certain amount of time make sure that's the case.
