I was wary reserving a product that didn't physically exist yet, but I do not regret it in the slightest. Upfront and transparent communication from Anthony and Shane was a huge plus. Production and fulfillment took longer than expected but I know that didn't just affect me. Y'all were on top of your game when it came to letting us know what the situation was and being reassuring about the final product meeting or exceeding expectations. Great company that actually cares about customers!
