As a Black woman, I always want to support Black businesses first before any other but Black business owners need to do better!!! Wanting folks to support your business, yet failing to ensure customers satisfaction especially where you actually do have the ability and control to do so is mind boggling to me. Had to reach out twice before hearing back after my order was MIA long after it should’ve been received. I also would strongly suggest that you consider utilizing a different carrier.
