If I place an order on [1] item I should receive order updates, it shouldn’t remain in the same status for 14 days. Update, this was 2/15/2026 and it’s now 02/18/2026 and the order still remains in “creating label status” it has been that way since 02/02/2026. I sent emails and no response. This is extremely poor customer service all around. Mind you I order 1 item and paid an $11 shipping fee. For what?!
