The dart case is nice, the color is nice. But overall the experience was horrible. It took way longer than they estimated. So when I finally followed up, they said it was stuck in production getting personalized since we added that to the order. And guess what arrived at my door? A dart case that wasn't personalized. Super bummed as this was a farewell gift for our manager. But like I mention the dart case is nice and at least customer service was kind to refund us for the personalized part. Not
