Then I had to have a 20 minute appointment where I was advised to buy 2 more products that I knew wouldn't work with my dogs for $117.00... Only a few products have been good. Others have been detrimental to my dog. Especially the K9 soothe, one application sent my pup into a scratching event and all I could do was clean her ears immediately and they would not give me a refund. And the Ear clear caused my pet to loose her hearing. Cleaned hers ears but at the cost of her hearing.
