So far, it has not been a great experience. I was encouraged try k9 immune when the k9 soothe didn’t work. I was then set up for a protocol review and he was trying to push me to purchase yet another product, even though I was very specific that I wasn’t interested in trying anything else until we tried k9 immune (2nd product) to see it worked. Starting to feel like a snake-oil salesman.
