Yeah when I requested for a refund on items I purchased as My dog will not eat her dog food with it sprinkled and mixed in or even with it mixed in with warm water with the Dental I was told no refund but only used on a gift card. I love that Pup Labs concentrates on natural methods of healing and curing issues for dogs and doesn't try to do EVERYTHING! Every product I've tried have lived up to Pup Labs promise. I have been using the Pro Powder for her teeth for almost a year. She no longer has big chunks of tartar on her back teeth! I can't wait for my Vet to see next month at her annual checkup! She does still have some browning on her eye teeth.
