It was fairly easy ordering these products and they’re quite informative. But the video is a tad too long that I think you’ll lose a lot of potential customers that way. I basically let the video run while I did other things until I could finally order it. I really didn’t appreciate the sales rep phone call to schedule an appointment on how to use the product. Maybe good for some, but not for me. So far my dog seems okay with the products.

I'm trying to figure out why I got a box from pop labs with nothing in it.

They are not biting and pulling their hair now. They are sleeping soundly .

My experience…….products arrive rapidly!!! Other than that; what I don’t like is being emailed darn near daily and/or with stories. Stop emailing so much. If there’s a problem I will contact you. Other than that; so far the products are GREAT!!!

Sometimes you respond right away to emails and other times it takes several days if I hear back at all. Having said that I did enjoy your website, easy to navigate and purchase products. Also the person I did talk to on the phone was very engaging and helpful. Good staff!

I really like pup labs, as far as the products, but I had a call at a certain time with MO and I was stood up. This was a call that I had to reschedule because MO was still with another customer. I can understand calls running over, and MO did send me an email stating that he was still with another customer. We rescheduled for another time and he never called or emailed me. I usually don't let these things upset me but it did, as my time is just as important as anyone else's.

Also ordered K-9 Immune powder. My dogs don’t like it. Put it in water and they won’t drink it. Put it on food and they won’t eat it. Need my money back on this product so I can buy more freedom drops.
